The Nakhchivan Agreement is Fifteen Years Old

On October 3 the Organization of Turkic States commemorated the fifteen-year anniversary of signing the Nakhchivan Agreement (on the Establishment of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States) in Ankara, together with the Day of Turkic Cooperation.

The event underlined the unity and cooperation of the Turkic nations, together with cultural programs and remarks.

Several high ranking guests and political leaders participated in the event, among them Ali Yerlikaya, the Minister of the Interior of the Republic of Türkiye who spoke about the common welfare and peace of the Turkic states.

The program also included cultural events, musical performances and an exhibition of photographs that highly appreciated the unity among the Turkic nations and their shared history.
