In September 2024 the first album of the Turkic Youth Ensemble was issued with title ”The Voice of Turks”. The fourteen songs on the album are performed by the young musicians of the Turkic states, playing their own folk instruments, with a guitar added.
The record figures the well-known and popular songs of the Turkic world. The folk songs, as well as the songs inspired by folklore take us to Turkiye, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Hungary.
The preparation of the record was supported by the Béla Halmos College Program of the National Cultural Fund.
